Urban Threads Fashion – Refund & Return Policy

At Urban Threads Fashion, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

  • To initiate a return, contact our support team at theurbanthreads.vastra@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item or defective product).

3. Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges for size or color issues, subject to availability.

  • If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Innerwear & lingerie

  • Clearance/Sale items (unless defective)

  • Personalized or custom-made products

5. Damaged or Wrong Item

If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with pictures, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
