· Slight variations in color, pattern, or fabric may occur due to photography lighting or screen display settings.

· All sizes are approximate; please refer to our size chart before placing an order.

3. Pricing & Payment

· All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.

· We accept payments via UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking.

· Orders will only be processed upon confirmation of payment.

4. Shipping & Delivery

· We deliver across India through our partnered courier services.

· Estimated delivery time: 5–7 business days, depending on location.

· Delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, courier issues, lockdowns) are beyond our control.

5. Returns & Exchanges

· Products can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.

· Return shipping charges may be borne by the customer unless the product is incorrectly delivered.

6. Cancellations

· Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.

· Once shipped, cancellation is not possible; you may opt for exchange after delivery (as per policy).

7. Intellectual Property

· All images, designs, and content on our website/social media are the property of The Urban Threads and cannot be used without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

· We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.

· Fabric care and maintenance are the responsibility of the customer; please follow washing instructions provided.

· These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

· Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai/Tamil Nadu.
